Arjun founded Akshara International after two decades leading transformation programmes at Fortune 500 companies across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His work spans corporate strategy, cross-border M&A, and large-scale organisational change. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi.

Managing Director, Strategy & Growth
Priya leads Akshara's strategy and growth practice, advising boards and C-suites on market entry, competitive positioning, and portfolio optimisation. Prior to joining Akshara, she was a Principal at a global strategy firm and led engagements across 20+ countries.
Khalid Al-Rashid
Managing Director, MEA Region
Khalid heads Akshara's Middle East and Africa practice from Dubai. With 18 years of experience in the region, he has advised sovereign wealth funds, family conglomerates, and multinational corporations on governance, investment strategy, and digital transformation.
